3/1/2017: Patient Portal Update


We are aware many patients have had difficulty getting their lab results in the patient portal. Most lab results are available within one week. If it has been longer, please send us a message and we will resend them or make alternative arrangements to get them to you.

We are currently in the process of changing patient portals and hope to have improved services for you in the next few months. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience!

Portal FAQs

I’m registering for the first time and the system states there’s no matching patient.

New patients who have not been registered in our EHR will not be able to create an account until their information is entered by our staff.

If you are an existing patient who has not had a portal account with us before, you should contact the office to make sure we have the correct information entered for you. The portal will only create users that have a matching name, date of birth and social security number on file.


Where do I access my lab reports?

Lab reports will be under Messages, Read Messages and will open as an attachment. For some providers, labs will also be viewable under the Chart tab.


Help! I can’t open my labs!

We’re sorry, but the messages typically don’t open if you’re using an iPhone, iPad or Mac computer. Please use a PC computer, when possible. Also, ensure your pop-up blocker is disabled and automatic downloads are enabled for the site in your security settings.


My labs aren’t there.

Lab results can take up to 5 business days to receive, review and post. If it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact our office by phone or patient portal messaging and we will assist you.


I forgot my user name or password!

Please click the button on the sign-in page labeled Forgot Login / Password. This will assist you in generating a new password or sending you your login information.


I’m trying to send you a message but the portal says there are errors in my message.

Our EHR system uses a standard called HL7. This cannot process any special characters. Please avoid using !, @, #, $, %, &, (), {}, [], and similar characters. If you use them, your message will be rejected.
